NewsVrooming with the Girl Scouts at Dover Area Community Library

So, last night was super fun.

I joined co-workers Brittany Wilson and Sarah Chain to kickoff the NewsVroom’s yearlong initiative of visiting York County libraries.

We traveled to Dover Area Community Library, where I had the opportunity to present my ideaLab project to Girl Scout Troop #20195.

Get your book on … with me and YDR books editor Sarah Chain at meet-up Monday

Stop by Martin Library from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to meet YDR books editor Sarah Chain and share your ideas for coverage.

So, here’s the deal.

Part of my ideaLab project is to drag other people down with me.

Next week, my victim is York Daily Record/Sunday News books editor and multi-platform features journalist (and my super awesome friend) Sarah Chain.

I’m coordinating with York County Libraries to hold a meet-up Monday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Martin library downtown for book lovers and people who have input about ydr.com, the York Daily Record/Sunday News and any of our other bajillion awesome products. Continue reading
