The meeting last night was at Hoffman Ford in Harrisburg.
Mary Pratt, internet sales director, talked about ways the family-owned dealership has used technology to enhance the customer experience — from Facebook games to YouTube videos that show Ford owners how to sync their phone with the car.
She talked about how customers are using Twitter — sometimes to tweet @hoffmanford from their customer lounge to ask for crayons and a coloring book for a fussy kid.
Anywho, I had a fun time and met cool people.
