I’m starting to get more unique visitors when I work at places around the community for my ideaLab project.
I’m also meeting more random people that just start talking to me, because I’m that weirdo sitting at a coffee counter on my laptop.
That’s kind of the objective of this, you guys.

A few weeks ago it was a woman with a local church.
Friday, I got a visit from a local film production company hoping to get the word out about an actor they just signed and an upcoming filming happening downtown.
I was at Round the Clock Diner, a fairly busy restaurant on a major route.
Jay Taylor and Courtney Shumway of Bad Ferret Films said they had seen my pictures of my mobile “office” on the YDR Facebook page and decided to stop by.
So cool.
